This is the main window, showing a CMB spectrum and the information for the model, together with the WMAP likelihood.
You can marginalize and plot as well as print results from the Monte Carlo Markov Chain. Here is the one dimensional tab in action...
For the two dimensional likelihood contours you can choose between analytic (and hence smooth) confidence contours and rasterized contours. This is very useful for checks of disconnected regions. You can superimpose contours etc.
For all plots, you can now specify in detail the way the postscript output will look like. You can freely position the axis labels and specify the linewidth of curves. In addition, you have control over axis ticks and labels.
