The lectures are intended for advanced undergraduate and graduate students of physics and astronomy with a basic knowledge of general relativity.
The course will cover the advanced topics as outlined in the textbook

"General Relativity" of Wald

Further literature will be provided in the lectures.

Methods for solving Einstein's equations, causal structure, singularities, intial value formulation, asymptotic flatness, black holes, spinors, quantum effects in strong gravitational fields
