Title: The MUonE Project
Abstract
After a review of the muon g-2, I will present the MUonE proposal for an experiment at CERN which aims at determining the leading order hadronic contribution to the muon g-2 by measuring the differential cross section of the elastic scattering of high-energy muons on atomic electrons.
