The AITP groups contribute to a lively calendar of activities bringing together theoretical physics and scientific machine learning:

• We host weekly group seminars and journal clubs, where students and researchers present their work, discuss recent papers, and exchange new ideas – for example: Modern Numerics for Theoretical Physics.
• Together with scientific ML/AI groups in Heidelberg we enjoy events like Machine learning galore!, a highlight of the scientific AI calendar in Heidelberg.
• Our Heidelberg Physics Department Colloquium offers scientific AI talks for a broad student audience at a rapidly increasing rate.
• We regularly organize and participate in workshops and schools at all levels.
