Generative AI for LHC Physics
I am thrilled to return to the Institute for Theoretical Physics at Heidelberg University to establish my own research group, generously funded by the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung. Our work will leverage generative AI to uncover new insights into particle physics.
I work at the intersection of machine learning (ML) and high-energy physics. My research includes generative ML and surrogate models for fast detector simulation, aiming to replace or accelerate computationally expensive simulations.
