Trained in LHC physics beyond the Standard Model, I went through a Higgs physics phase before modern machine learning hit me and my group in 2016\/17. Since then we have been developing a theoretical physics approach to scientific AI. While the term scientific AI sounds great on websites, most of our work is really best described by modern machine learning for scientific and statistically demanding applications. Well, and then there are agents&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find all my publications on <a href=\"https:\/\/inspirehep.net\/authors\/993181\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">INSPIRE-HEP<\/a> and on <a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/citations?user=r3zfvh0AAAAJ&amp;hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Google Scholar<\/a>. As a physics group, we are writing refereed physics papers and only rarely target ML conferences. Our standard journal is <a href=\"https:\/\/scipost.org\/\">SciPost<\/a> \u2013 a journal made by scientists for scientists, open access, cheap, and with a nice <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/SciPost\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">impact factor<\/a>.
