Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The AITP groups contribute to a lively calendar of activities bringing together theoretical physics and scientific machine learning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.75\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checkmark-list\">\n<li>We host weekly <strong>group seminars <\/strong>and<strong> journal clubs<\/strong>, where students and researchers present their work, discuss recent papers, and exchange new ideas \u2013 for example: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thphys.uni-heidelberg.de\/index.php?lang=e&amp;n1=seminars&amp;n2=tev_scale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Modern Numerics for Theoretical Physics<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Together with scientific ML\/AI groups in Heidelberg we enjoy events like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlai.uni-heidelberg.de\/en\/machine-learning-talks-on-campus\/machine-learning-galore-past-events\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Machine learning galore!<\/a>, a highlight of the scientific AI calendar in Heidelberg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our Heidelberg Physics <a href=\"https:\/\/www.physi.uni-heidelberg.de\/Veranstaltungen\/vortraege.php?kol=PK\">Department Colloquium<\/a> offers scientific AI talks for a broad student audience at a rapidly increasing rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We regularly organize and participate in workshops and schools at all levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow
