Ultra-Mini Workshops on Phenomenology

Dark Matter and the LHC

The University of Edinburgh - November 19 to November 23, 2007

It's SUPA ultra-mini time again! These workshops on high-energy phenomenology (should) trigger scientific exchange between Scotland and the U.S. or continental Europe or even England on all levels - from established experts to postdocs and graduate students. So please come, listen to the introductory presentations and discuss with our distinguished and friendly guest... This time we welcome:

Laura Covi (DESY) Mo 4-5 Dark Matter at HERA (JClub)
Matt Reece (Cornell) Tu 3-4 LHC Signals with Missing Energy
Tim Tait (Argonne/NWU) We 2-3 I used to do Loops! (Seminar)
Dan Hooper (Fermilab) Th 2-3 How to Discover Dark Matter
Arne Weber (MPI) Fr 10-11 Electroweak Precision Physics and Cosmology

All scheduled talks except for the Wednesday seminar will take part in the SUPA room. Discussions over a coffee in our physics common room are encouraged after each talk. Let's rock'n'roll!
