Education

  • Prior to my arrival to Heidelberg, I was a postdoc (adiunkt naukowy) in the group of Piotr Sułkowski at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, University of Warsaw, Poland.

Before, I got the Ph.D. from the Mathematical Institute of the University of Münster, Germany. My advisor was Raimar Wulkenhaar. I worked on the mathematical structure of the Ward-Takahashi Identity and the Schwinger-Dyson equations for tensor models ('loop equations').

I wrote a thesis on noncommutative geometry in high energy physics, in order to obtain my M.Sc. in Mathematics (advisors: Miguel A. Xicoténcatl-Merino and Ernesto Lupercio) and another thesis on monopoles in the SU(2) Yang-Mills-Higgs theory to obtain a M.Sc. in Physics (advisors: Hugo García-Compeán and M. Alejandro Xicoténcatl). I studied those during two different periods in the Mathematics and Physics Departments of the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (aka CINVESTAV, Mexico City).

During my B.Sc. in physics (Autonomous University of Puebla, BUAP), I did not write a thesis, but I co-authored with Gerardo Torres del Castillo two of the papers listed.
