The International Science Forum (IWH) is situated in a late nineteenth-century villa, within the oldest part of the city of Heidelberg, directly below the famous electoral castle. For more information, see here.

Funding

The workshop is funded by the Klaus-Georg und Sigrid Hengstberger-Stiftung.

There will be no conference fee. Lunch, coffee breaks and one workshop dinner will be provided free of charge. The participants will generally be requested to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. Further financial support is limited; please contact the organizers.

Accommodation

Accommodation directly at the workshop site is limited. Double (Twin) rooms are 65 EUR/night, single rooms 95 EUR/night. We would like to give these away on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please inform us by email: T.Gasenzer@thphys.uni-heidelberg.de if you wish to be accommodated there and we will let you know quickly if there is space left.

Alternatively, hotel rooms can be booked via the server of the Heidelberg Kongress und Tourismus GmbH.
